By booking, purchasing, or using a service from Hilding Hundcoach, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

1. About the Terms

These terms apply to all agreements between the client and Hilding Hundcoach, regardless of how the service is booked or delivered.
By booking, purchasing, or using a service, the client agrees to these terms in full. It is the client’s responsibility to read and understand them.
The terms are updated as needed and apply to future bookings from the date of publication.
Recording or distributing materials is prohibited without written permission.
Swedish law applies, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance in case of dispute.

2. Services Covered

These terms apply to:

• Behavior assessment, consultation and training– Analysis of the dog's needs with tailored recommendations. Not a medical assessment.

• Private training– 45-minute sessions tailored to your dog. Clients are expected to follow up with training between sessions.

• Packages– Personal and valid for 6 months. Non-refundable and not extendable retroactively.

• Courses and workshops– Set times. No refund for missed sessions.

• Digital materials– For the client's personal use only. May not be shared.

• Communication and follow-up– Response time up to 3 working days.
  
  

3. Professional Responsibility & Limitations

Only assignments within the trainer's professional competence are accepted.
The trainer reserves the right to decline or end collaboration if needed.
No outcomes are guaranteed. The client is responsible for following given recommendations.

4. Booking & Availability

Bookings are made according to the available schedule. No guarantee for specific days or times.
The client is responsible for booking in time, confirming proposed times, and initiating contact when needed.
Rescheduling is only possible if slots are available.

5. Communication

All primary communication is via email. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact details and checking their inbox.
Phone and text messages may occur but are not the primary communication channel.

6. Prices & Payment

Prices are listed on the website and may change without notice.
Payment is made in advance according to instructions.
No cash handling. Non-payment means the service will not be delivered.
A weekend surcharge of SEK 100 per session applies.
Discounts require documentation and prior approval.

7. Validity Period

Services and packages are valid for 6 months from the date of the first session.
The client is responsible for using the service within that time.
Extensions must be requested before expiration. Sickness must be supported with a certificate.

8. Cancellation & Absence

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in a shortened session.

9. Location & Travel Costs

Training takes place online, in Tyresö, or as home visits by agreement.
Clients are responsible for their own travel to Tyresö.
Travel costs may apply for home visits.
The client is responsible for ensuring working technology for online training.

10. Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the time of booking, provided the service has not started.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
No right of withdrawal after the service has started.
Full refund is given for valid withdrawals within the time frame.

11. Responsibility & Safety

Hilding Hundcoach is responsible for safety during training.
The client is responsible for the dog’s health, behaviour, equipment and preparation.
Aggressive behaviour, illness, or lack of appropriate equipment may result in training being terminated without refund.
The client is responsible for insuring the dog.

12. Training Ethics

Only reward-based methods are allowed.
Aversive methods are strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of the collaboration.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR.
By booking, the client consents to this.
No data is shared with third parties without permission.

14. Reduced Fee

A 10% discount is available to clients in financially limiting situations upon verification.
Applies to new bookings only and not retroactively.

15. Disputes

Swedish law applies.
In case of dispute, efforts will first be made to resolve the matter through dialogue.
If not resolved, the case is handled by Stockholm District Court.
Alternative dispute resolution may be considered if both parties agree.
