By booking and receiving services such as behaviour assessment, guidance, private training, courses, or other support, you agree to the following terms in their entirety. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and clear collaboration with the dog's well-being as the primary focus.

1. Contracting Parties
These terms apply between:
Michael Rudkrantz, responsible for Hilding Hundcoach
and you as the customer, who books and uses the services.

2. Services Covered
These terms apply to:

Behaviour assessment
Guidance and tailored training
Courses (individual sessions and course series)
Other services within dog training and behaviour support
Training always follows reward-based and ethical methods in accordance with Swedish animal protection legislation.

3. Prices and Payment
Private individuals: Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Businesses/organizations: Custom quotes are provided, excluding VAT.
Payment is made in advance according to the booking confirmation.

4. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are made via the website, email, or phone.
A booking confirmation will be sent via email.
By confirming the booking, you accept these terms.

5. Reminder Fees and Delays
Reminder fee: 100 SEK
Late payment interest: 24% per year from the due date.
After two reminders, the case will be forwarded to collections (fee: 180 SEK).

6. Validity of Booked Services
Valid for 12 months from the booking date.
No refunds for unused sessions.
In case of long-term illness, extensions may be granted (a doctor's or veterinarian’s certificate is required).

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Must be done at least 24 hours before the booked time.
Late cancellations will be charged 100%.
No-show is charged in full.
A delay of more than 5 minutes without prior notice will count as consumed time.

8. Travel Expenses (applies to in-person sessions)
350 SEK per half hour of travel time.
30 SEK/km round trip.
Congestion fees and parking are additional.

9. Right of Withdrawal
According to the Distance Selling Act (2005:59), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.
If the service starts within this period, the right of withdrawal is lost.

10. Copyright
All materials (exercise booklets, manuals, etc.) are protected by copyright law (1960:729) and:

Can only be used by you as a participant.
Cannot be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

11. Safety and Responsibility
Training focuses on safety and the dog’s emotional balance.
Aversive methods (e.g., punishment, jerking, fear) are not allowed.
If such methods are used, the service will be terminated without refund.
You are always responsible for your dog’s behaviour according to the Animal Supervision Act (2007:1150).

12. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, infections, government decisions) that prevent the service from being carried out, Michael Rudkrantz is exempt from liability for the period in question.

This policy describes how we handle your personal data when booking, receiving guidance, training, courses, and using the website. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) to protect your privacy.

Data is stored as long as it is relevant or required by the Accounting Act (up to 7 years).

Payment services (e.g., bank, invoicing service)
Authorities if required by law
